The time after the ticket is changed to “unassigned” after the assigned agent does not work on the ticket. You can easily configure the assignment timeout for the particular group , follow the given step to know how to configure assignment timeout for the group: –
- Go to AriticDesk Dashboard > Settings > Manage > Group.
- Click on “New Group” from the right corner of the screen or on the “particular group” to which you want to configure the assignment timeout.
- In a new modal window, fill the details and activate the particular group.
- Inside “Assignment Timeout”, select the time slot from the drop down menu.
- Click on “Submit” button.
