To Configure notification for Email please follow the below details: –

Go to Aritic Desk Dashboard > Settings > Channels > Email.
Choose “Account” tab and then click on “New” button.
On a new modal window, fill all the required and click on “Connect”.
After this, you will get the notification from all the configured Email ID.
