The customization of attributes can be done at the ticket, customer or organizational level. This is another feature that distinguishes Aritic Desk from other vendors, who only support modification at the user level.
To create the custom fields in user page, please follow the given steps: –
Go to Aritic Desk Dashboard > Settings > Custom Fields > User.
Click on “New Attributes”.
On the new window, fill all the desired details.
“Unmark” the checkbox for “Customers” tables and click on “Submit” button.
Now, click on “Update Databases”.
