Email is still the most popular channel for communication. Create your desired address (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org) and connect it with your Aritic Desk account. Aritic Desk will monitor the inbox and converts incoming messages into tickets. Your answers will be sent using your own email server.
Aritic Desk recognizes auto responders, advertising and other troublemakers, so you can focus entirely on communicating with your customers.
To Configure this, follow the following step: –
Go to Aritic Desk Dashboard > Settings > Channels > Email.
Choose “Filter” tab and then click on “New” button.
On a new modal window, fill all the required and click on “Submit”.
After this, you will be able to add Email to Receive and send Support Issues.
