Here it is to decide whether in the case of a follow up the agent is to be registered as the owner who was saved as the last owner (yes) or whether the owner should be left open (no). You can easily assign the follow up emails to a group, follow the given step to know how to assign a follow up email to a group: –
- Go to AriticDesk Dashboard > Settings > Manage > Group.
- Click on “New Group” from the right corner of the screen or on the “particular group” to which you want to Assign the follow up.
- In a new modal window, fill the details and activate the particular group.
- Inside “Assign Follow Ups” option select “Yes/No” from the drop down menu.
- Click on “Submit” button.
