Assignment Timeout

The time after the ticket is changed to “unassigned” after the assigned agent does not work on the ticket. You can easily configure the assignment timeout for the particular group , follow the given step to know how to configure assignment timeout for the group: –

  1. Go to AriticDesk Dashboard > Settings > Manage > Group.
  2. Click on “New Group” from the right corner of the screen or on the “particular group” to which you want to configure the assignment timeout.
  3. In a new modal window, fill the details and activate the particular group.
  4. Inside “Assignment Timeout”, select the time slot from the drop down menu.
  5. Click on “Submit” button.
