Create a Tag in the ticket

The tag is a label attached to someone or something for the purpose of identification or to give other information.
You can add your own TAG accordingly, to do this please follow the below steps:-

  1. Go to Create New Ticket.
  2. Fill all the initial entries such as “Customer”, “Title”, “Text”, “Owner” etc.
  3. In “Priority” you can define the count for the TAG.
  4. In “Tag” you can define your required tag and Click on “Create” button.
  5. Now go to “Settings”.
  6. Click on “Tags”, here you can check the tags described/created by you.
  7. You can manage those tag by yourself.
