Inside AriticDesk, you can restrict user’s admin,agent and customer for the ticket access means the Admin can give the access to create, edit and delete the ticket to the user’s accordingly. To restrict ticket access for an user follow the below step: –
- Go to AriticDesk Dashboard > Admin > Manage > People.
- Select the user for whom you want to restrict the access.
- In edit mode, inside “Permission” choose the option accordingly.
- Click on “Submit” button.
