View from User’s Perspective

It is very easy in Aritic Desk for a Admin to check the ongoing activity and the work behavior of the other Admin, Agent and Customer. To do so the user need to follow the simple steps: –

  1. Go to Aritic Desk Dashboard > Settings > Manage > People.
  2. Now, click on the particular role for which you want to look the details for “Admin” or “Agent” or for “Customer”.
  3. Now, put the cursor near the ID for which you want to check the user’s perspective and click on “View from User’s Perspective”.
  4. After clicking on the button, you will be redirected to the users account.
