Organization ticket access

  1. Go to AriticDesk Dashboard > Admin > Manage > Organization.
  2. Select the organization to which you want to give access for the tickets
  3. In a new modal,edit the fields according to your choice.
  4. Inside “Shared Organization”, select “Yes/No” to allow or give access to the customers in the organization to view each other items.
  5. Similarly assign user’s based on domains.
  6. After editing, click on “Submit” button.
