It is very easy in Aritic Desk for a Admin to check the ongoing activity and the work behavior of the other Admin, Agent and Customer. To do so the user need to follow the simple steps: –
- Go to Aritic Desk Dashboard > Settings > Manage > People.
- Now, click on the particular role for which you want to look the details for “Admin” or “Agent” or for “Customer”.
- Now, put the cursor near the ID for which you want to check the user’s perspective and click on “View from User’s Perspective”.
- After clicking on the button, you will be redirected to the users account.
