Overviews you can provide to your agents and customers. They serve as a kind of working lists of tasks that the agent should execute.
You can also create custom summaries for individual agents or agent groups.

For creating a new overview- click on “New Overview”.

  1. NAME: “Support”.
  2. AVAILABLE FOR ROLE: “Select “Admin”, “Agents”, “Customer” anyone.
  3. AVAILABLE FOR USER: Defined the user who can see the overview report for example-“Support@ariticmail.com”.
  4. ONLY AVAILABLE FOR USER WITH SHARED ORGANIZATION: “No”.
  5. CONDITION FOR SHOW TICKETS: Select condition for the ticket for example “state, owner, organization”.
  6. PREVIEW: “”
  7. ATTRIBUTES: Select attributes like ” #, Title, Organization, Group, Created by, Updated by”.
  8. ORDER: “created at”.
  9. DIRECTION: “down”.
  10. GROUP BY: “customer”.
  11. ACTIVE: “active”.
  12. Now click on “Submit” Button.
