ConnectWise Integration

This integration enables service providers to automatically synchronize customer asset information for more efficient device management and monitoring.

 

Requirement:-

a) Aritic PinPoint user account

b) ConnectWise  user account

 

Follow the steps below to configure ConnectWise with Aritic PinPoint:

 

1. Log in to ConnectWise.

2. At the top-right of the page, from your user account drop-down list >> select  My Account.

3. Select the API Keys tab.

If the API Keys tab does not appear >> click the Settings tab to add the API Keys tab.

4. To add a new key pair >> click  the Add Key(+) Pair icon.

5. In the Description text box, type a descriptive name for the key >>Click the Save icon.

6.Copy your “Public API Key and Private Key”

7. On the top right corner of Aritic PinPoint Dashboard, go to Settings > Plugins 

8. Click on “Plugins”

9. On the Plugins page, click on “ConnectWise” icon

 

10. Now under the ENABLED/AUTH tab, you need to enter your “CompanyId+PublicKey,Private Key and Your ConnectWise URL and Connect wise app cookies. You also have an option to either publish or unpublish it.

11. Click on Authorize App button.

12. Click on Apply button to apply the changes.

13. Click on Save & Close

14. Under the Features tab:

14.1.  You can set Enabled features like: 

a)  Triggered action push contacts to integration

b)  Pull contacts from integration

14.2. You can set the Features Specific Setting:

Choose modules to pull data from

a) Contact

b) Company

15. Click on Apply button to apply the changes.

16. Under the “CONTACT MAPPING” fill the integration field and Aritic fields details.

 

17.   Click on Apply button to apply the changes.

18.  Click on Save & Close button to save all the information and go back to the previous screen.
