Getting started with Lead Scoring

  1. Go to Contact >> Points Triggers.2. Click on “New” button, fill the required entries.

 

4. Click on “Event” tab

5. Select any option for an event, for, e.g., Sent an Email, modify contact segment. Here we have defined by giving the details about “Send an email”.

 

6. Click on “New Email” button.

7. Click on “Advanced” and enter the data.

8. Click on “Save & Close” button for email.

9. Click on “Save & Close” for Trigger.

The created triggers should be listed on the list page, and likewise, the lead scoring has been done.
