Getting Started with Leads Management

This article depth describes how to Get Started with Leads Management.

1. Login into Aritic Pinpoint account.

2. Click on “Aritic Pinpoint Dashboard” Click on “Contact”

3. Click on “NEW” and create a new contact.

4. There are two fields:

a) PRIMARY and

b) SOCIAL

a). Under the PRIMARY: Fill the information about your contact.

b) Select the SOCIAL media from where you want to select the contact details.

5. Click on Save & Close button to save all the information and go back to previous screen.

6. On the contacts detail page,

1) you can either add the new contact

2) you can either decibel the contact those you do not want to send the message.

3) Here you can edit your existing contact details.

7. When you want to decibel the contact details it will ask for a reason, you can give the region and decibel the contact details.

8. Click on save and decibel the contact.
