a) In the Aritic account, move your cursor to Configuration at the top right corner and click on it.
b) Click on ‘Live help configuration.’
c) Click on ‘Bot List.’
d) Create a new bot by filling up the ‘Name’ and remaining available options. At the end, click on ‘Save and Exit.’
e) Go back to the bot list, once bot is saved. Now click ‘bot name’.
f) For activating bot, you need to edit the department and select a bot in the department edit window.
