a) In the Aritic dashboard, navigate to ‘Conversation’ and click on ‘Chat Widget.’
b) Click on ‘Configure Team.’
c) Create the Name of your team or department.
d) Mention your email id.
e) You can click on the appropriate checkbox.
f) You can add the maximum pending chats, and the department will become offline if the upper limit gets achieved.
g) Don’t miss to include the delay in seconds before leaving a message.
h) Create suitable priorities for chats and department sort.
