The Note feature in Aritic PinPoint helps in adding extra information that aids in nurturing and redirecting conversions. When you add a note to a lead, it may be anything – a recent conversation or a behavioral highlight, etc. It is very easy to add a note to your leads within Aritic PinPoint. Log in to your Aritic PinPoint dashboard and click on Contacts to get started.

Within Aritic PinPoint, you can add several types of notes, namely:

  • General
  • Email
  • Call
  • Meeting

Adding Note for a Lead in Aritic PinPoint

1. Select Contacts on your Aritic PinPoint Engagement Dashboard.

 

2. On your Contact List, click on the contact you want to add a note to. On the contact profile, you will see Add Note option on the top right of your screen. Click on it to start adding notes.

3. Select the type of note. By default, the type is selected to General. You can select either email, call or meeting from the drop-down arrow. Start writing your note on the writing space. Click on Save to save your notes. You can also modify the date and time of your note on this panel.

To view notes for a lead, click open the contact profile. Click on Engagement option to see the notes for that contact.

You can filter the notes by clicking on the type of note you want to view. If you want to see everything, select all the four options.
