You can easily view the reports that allow you to understand the metrics and different types of engaging content. Monitor the customers’ activities to configure and align the widgets to set alerts for the entire portfolios. Even, you can view the 360-degree view of individual contacts for analyzing their activities.
a) Go to the dashboard and click on ‘Contacts’ option from the left menu. as shown below.
b) Click on any individual contact as shown below to get the “360-degree view“.
c) Click on ‘Activities‘ in the second column of the ‘360 degree view’ page as shown in the screenshot.
d) You can view all activity engagement of particular contact as shown below.
