Create a Task on a Contact from Contact 360 view

Tasks are pieces of work for your contacts, and you can pull every activity from the records. Even you have to create a task for your contacts at the 360-degree view and configure the views.

a) Go to the dashboard click on ‘Contacts’  from the left menu, as shown below.

c) click on an individual contact as shown below.

d) You can create a Task from the 360-degree page using Two methods.

1)Go to first column of 360 degree view page and create a task to the particular contact as shown below.

2) Scroll down your cursor to the second column of the 360 degree view page and click on the task option, Click on “+” icon to create a new task for individual contact as shown below.
