Forms help in capturing leads faster. When your forms are properly categorized, it speeds up the lead capturing process. Aritic PinPoint offers various category forms that you can create from within the tool directly. Two major categories are Campaign Forms and Standalone forms.
  1. Campaign Form- Campaign forms can be selected to be the source of contacts when building a campaign, where some submit actions may not be available.
  2. Standalone Form- Standalone forms are not restrained to campaigns and can have all submit actions configured directly within the form. To know how to build a standalone form, read our guide to building standalone forms within Aritic PinPoint.

How to Create Campaign Category Forms?

1. Go to Aritic PinPoint Dashboard >>Assets >> Forms >> Click on “Design New Form”. 

When you click on Design New Form, you will get the option to choose the type of form you want to create. You can choose to create either a Campaign form or a Standalone form. Here we will choose New Campaign Form.

2. Click on SELECT option to proceed. You will be redirected to form builder directly. Fill in all the details like Campaign Name and Category [i.e. the segment].

 

3. Here we will build a new Category to which this campaign form will be sent or showed. Click on Create New category by clicking the drop-down arrow under Category option. In the next dialog box, enter the following fields as shown below.

Since this is a Campaign form, the additional fields will have different options than that of a standalone form. The builder may look similar but do not get confused. The Add Fields list is different for both.

4. Click on “Save and Close” button.

(The saved category should be displayed in the list page)
