Forms are basically used for lead capturing, by creating and managing the form you can generate
more leads. Forms tool are the highest converting lead generation tool.

Steps for creating Form for Campaigns.

  1. Go to Aritic PinPoint Dashboard >>Assets >>Forms.

2. Click on “New Design Form” button.

3. Click on “New Campaign Form” button.

4. Enter the listed fields.

a. Name

b. Description

c. Successful submission action

d. Category

 

5. The user can add web fields in the forms
(Eg : Email, Date of Birth etc)

Email Field creation

a. Go to fields -> Select the field email.

b. Enter input for the “General” sub panel.

i) Email

ii) Default Value

iii) Input Placeholder

 

c. Enter input for “Contact Field” sub panel.

 

d. Enter input for “Validations” sub panel.

 

e. Enter input for “Attributes” sub panel.

f. Click on “Add” button.

Date of Birth field Creations

a. Go to Field -> select “Date”” field

 

 

b. Enter input for the “General” sub panel.

i) Email

ii) Default Value

iii) Input Placeholder

 

c. Enter input for “Contact-Field” sub panel.

 

 

d. Enter input for “Validations” sub panel.

 

e. Enter input for “Attributes” sub panel.

 

f. Click on “Add” button.

6. Click on “Save and Close” button.

7. They should navigated to the list page.
