Define Contact Views inside Contact Dashboard

With the help of contact views, you can filter the contacts inside the Aritic application.  You can use contact views to get a 360-degree view of each contact and monitor their activities. You can even group the contacts based on a predefined set of criteria including section headings, contact fields, and names.

a) Go to the dashboard and click on contacts under that select “Contacts” option from the left menu as shown below.

b) In contacts page , you will get four view options such as , 1) List View 2) Grid view 3) Live mode 4) Toggle Anonymous Contacts.

b) Apply “List view” and the view of contacts you will get as shown below .Contacts will appear one after another and column wise . The columns also can be edited .

c) With Grid view , the view is shown in below screenshot . With this view contact fields will not appear in columns as shown in screenshot . Contact fields will appear after clicking on a particular contact .

d) Similarly we will check with live mode . After enabling Live mode new contacts will automatically appear at the top and you can also see many columns.

e) Now we will check with the option ” Toggle Anonymous contacts ” . A list of Anonymous contacts will appear as shown in below screenshot and you can able to see “Date created” , “last active” etc.
