Define Contact Views inside Contact Dashboard

Inside the Aritic PinPoint application, you will find list view, grid view, live mode and toggle anonymous contacts to view the contacts. With the help of list views, you can see group of records based on a defined set of criteria. It is beneficial to project customer-specific data according to company requirements. You can even delete documents in bulk with the help of list view. In grid view, the page is divided into columns, and data is represented in square boxes for organizing the layout of different contacts.

a) Go to the Dashboard and click on contacts. Under contacts, select the “Contacts” option from the left menu as shown below.

b) On the contacts page, you will get four view options 1) List View 2) Grid view 3) Live mode 4) Toggle Anonymous Contacts.

c) Apply “List view” and the view of contacts you will get is as shown below. Contacts will appear one after another and column-wise. The columns also can be edited.

d) With the Grid view, the view is shown in the screenshot below. With this view, contact fields will not appear in columns as was shown in the last screenshot. Contact fields will appear after clicking on a particular contact.

e) Similarly, we will check with live mode. After enabling Live mode, new contacts will automatically appear at the top and you can also see many columns.



f) Now we will check with the option “Toggle Anonymous contacts“. A list of Anonymous contacts will appear as shown below screenshot and you will be able to see “Date created“, “last active” etc.

From the above steps, you can get an idea about the different views to analyze contact fields for your company and make the process smoother and more effective. Through these methods, you can quickly sort your contact data and increase your productivity.
