Contact history helps to keep track of all communication with customers and build long-lasting relationships. Well, you can import the history of the contacts for maintaining the record of communications.
a) Go to the Aritic dashboard and click on ‘contacts’, as shown in the below screenshot.
b) Inside Contacts, you will get a dropdown option at the top right corner as shown in the below screenshot, click on Import History.
c) Here we got all the import history .
d) There you will get lots of columns such as Status, Source file , Run time , Progress , Total rows , Inserted , Updated , Created by , Date added , ID as shown in above image .
