How the Message Queues feature work

In this article, you’ll learn how the Message Queues feature work.

Whenever a marketing campaign is triggered, an email is segmented, or for any of the contact/emails the frequency rule has been defined as default in the configuration then the email may be sent to a queue to be processed.

Messages are put into the queue with status pending, so all pending messages that have not met their max number of attempts will be addressed.
