Setting Marketing Messages preference for contacts

 

1. Login into Aritic Pinpoint account

2. Click on “Aritic Pinpoint Dashboard

3. Click on“Assets”

4.  Click on“Marketing Messages”

5. On the top right corner of Aritic PinPoint, click on “NEW”.

6. Enter the name and select your category also when you select “YES/NO” it will be published/unpublished your message when you click.

7.  Click on“SAVE & CLOSE”

8. Here you can “EDIT” the body of your message.

9. Click on“Contacts”.

10. On the top right corner of Aritic PinPoint, click on “NEW”.

11. Click on“PRIMARY” enter the required fields.

12. Click on“SOCIAL” enter the required fields.

13. Click on“SAVE & CLOSE”

14. On the top right corner of Aritic PinPoint, click on “Drop down menu”.

15. Click on“Preferences”.

16. In “Contact Preference Center” Click on Channels.Select the option like

a. Select the Channels, frequency and preferred. If you will select the preferred EMAIL option the marketing messages will send the email to subscribers, if you will select preferred SMS option the marketing messages will send the SMS to subscribers.

17. Click on”Categories”. Choose your categories.

16. Click on“Select” and choose our segment as given and Click on“Save”.

19. After the preferred the marketing messages, Now you can send the email/SMS as well.

20. Select here whom you want to send the email/SMS and click on“Send”.

21. Once you send the email/SMS, you can close the thread when will click on here.
