i) In the Aritic dashboard, navigate to ‘Conversation,’ then click on it.
ii) Immediately move your cursor on ‘Chat Widget, and press it.
iii) Click on the ‘Configure team.’
iv) Then click on ‘Chat transfer workflow.’
v) Choose a suitable option from the drop-down menu.
vi) Mention the timeout in seconds before the chats get transferred to another department.
vii) Now, click on the appropriate checkbox, as shown below.
