Understand Group Chat with Operators/ Agents

Kick-start this process by listing the online operators. Check the following steps to understand the group chats with operators. 

i) In the Aritic dashboard, navigate to the Conversation button in the left menu.

ii)  Click on the ‘Chat list from the menu.’

iii) Now, you can see the ‘User group’ at the right corner, as shown below.

iv)  Click on the Select group.

v) Try to choose one option from the drop-down menu and then create the name of the group.
