Using Notes for Contact to add Activity

Contact Notes are one of the most vital documents available to collect information about the customers. You can add activities in your notebook to monitor all the communications with your customers and keep track of the critical information. You can even keep a note of the phone calls, internal tasks and meetings to track the contact records. Based on the collected information, you can maintain and manage the internal notes to assist your customers.

a) Go to the Aritic dashboard and click on the ‘Contacts’ option from the left menu and click on any individual contact to get the “360-degree view“.

In 360- degree view “Notes” can be created using two ways as explained below.

1) In the first column of the 360-degree view, you will get the option to add notes with the respective contacts as shown in the below screenshot.

2) In the second column of the 360-degree view, you will get option to add note with the respective contact as shown in the below screenshot.

b) Then craft a message inside the new note. You can even select the type of note you want to add such as email, call etc as shown in the below screenshot .

Once the new note page is popped up you need to craft your message(Ex: The message that you need to send to your client etc) and then you need to select the type through which you need to reach out to your client via call, email or through meeting.
