results for our business software products.

Here are a few things that our Head of Digital Marketing will be up to:
- Plan and manage a rich content/ editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience
(including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, guest blogs, webinars, infographics,
etc.) with the team.
- Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO,
social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns, paid campaigns and events to
drive customer acquisition
- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content,
and social channels for demo and conversion improvements
- Conducting customer, competitor, and product research
- Build and manage outreach partnership campaigns, guest blog campaigns, product
mention campaigns
- Build and manage the direct lead procurement buying process
- Organize and manage influencers and affiliate marketers for the brand
- Organize and manage paid ads to acquired leads through paid channels
- Measure ROI and KPIs of paid ads marketing
- Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas
- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing
activity turns into customers, and convert customers
- Measure ROI and KPIs of marketing activities and team
- Create weekly and monthly reports containing a robust description of weekly and
monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of
performance against the key performance indicators and metrics.
In short you will be:
- You will be managing inbound marketing campaigns that include landing pages, email
workflows, calls to action, and more!
- You will be helping our marketing team implement content marketing strategies.
- You will be tracking, analyzing, and improving your marketing campaigns along the way.

infographic designing, you enjoy creating content that engages and moves.
- You are experimental and using technology to communicate, connect, and build real
relationships with people outside of your sphere.
- You have a knack for solving problems and tackling new, and sometimes complex,
challenges. When something is tossed your direction that you may not initially know, you
are able to figure it out on your own (or know when to ask for help).
- You thrive when collaborating with others to collaborate. You enjoy providing and
receiving feedback, and know that together we can create something far greater than
what we can achieve alone.
Pre-requirements:
- MBA/BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Some past experience in marketing preferred.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all
decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic,
convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into
converted customers.
- Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
