Responsibilities and Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
- Engage in requirement gathering and specification planning

Qualifications and Skills
- Should be a fresher or less than 1 year of experience
- Should have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Should have excellent customer service skills
- Should be willing to work in night shift
- Should have good knowledge about computers
- Should have completed graduation degree.
