If I subscribe to Aritic PinPoint, and Aritic Sales, what is my technical contact limit in the CRM?
We will consider the higher limit and the tools run off of the same underlying database. This means, if you subscribe to our marketing automation tool, Aritic PinPoint, and our CRM tool, Aritic Sales, you can have up to 15 million objects, and Contacts count as OBJECTS in the CRM. Remember, if you add contacts to the CRM, they will reflect in both the places and can affect tour contact tier pricing.
Do I have to pay for contacts?
Yes. If you subscribe to Aritic PinPoint, the marketing automation tool, you will have to pay for the contacts. However, there is no separate charge for contacts in the CRM. If you subscribe to both Aritic PinPoint and Aritic Sales, you will have to pay for contacts as part of your fee for that product, even if they are added through Aritic Sales.

Is there any separate fee for email sending?
No. Your email send limit is based on the number of contacts you purchase. In Aritic PinPoint, you can send emails 10 times per user per calendar month. For Aritic PinPoint Lite, only 1 free user is allowed. The number of free users increases, thereby increasing your email sending limit. For Aritic PinPoint Starter, its 2 free users; For Professional, it 5 free users. If you want to send more than this, you can opt for more contacts and increase your monthly email send limit.
If I purchase two products that include the same features, does that mean the limits are additive?
No. Limits are not additive in any instance. Even if you are on two products sharing similar features, the upper limits listed in the tables will continue to apply.
