Within Aritic PinPoint, contacts added can be calculated based on the total number of unique Push subscribers, Email subscribers, Contact Phone Numbers.
02. Do I have to verify my contacts?
No, we don’t require you to verify your contacts in your lists, but be sure, once uploaded from import .csv list, you would not be able to delete them manually.
03. Is it easy to set up Aritic PinPoint?
Yes! It is quite easy. We walk you through every step of the process and on average, PinPoint users start capturing their first lead contact information in under 60 minutes from their website.
04. Am I agreeing to a contract when I take a free version of Aritic PinPoint?
No! You are under no obligation when you sign up for a free subscription of Aritic PinPoint.
05. Do you accept sending email on purchased email database / list?
Aritic PinPoint is a marketing automation suite, with which you would not be able to send email and communication messages over purchased email database or list. Aritic PinPoint works only on permission based email contacts and opt-in email lists.
06.Can I add contacts manually?
Yes, you can add your contacts manually. For creating new contacts you can import by a CSV file or you can add one on one contacts too inside Aritic PinPoint.
07. What payment options do you accept?
We currently accept payments made through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express Credit Cards through 2Checkout payment gateway and payment made through PayPal is also accepted.
08.Which payment gateway do you use?
Currently, we use 2Checkout and PayPal payment gateway for payment processing and subscription management.
09.Do you store my credit card information?
No! We do not store any of your credit/debit card information; they are saved by our payment processing partner – 2Checkout.
